A. Ganesan
Executive Director
From being a management trainee in E.I.D Parry Ltd., and a first employee of videocon southto an executive director today, Mr.Ganesan has covered a lot of ground including distribution,financial control and human resources management. Selecting a team was the mandate given to Mr.Ganesan in videocon, which he perfected in to an art in human resources management.
The intrinsic insight he got in to the human behaviour saw him handling the human resources function in much largerorganisations beginning from ram kaashyap investments and later in Kaashyap Technologies Ltd. The complexity of the human resources management in a technology organization honed his skills further and he was able to double up to lead the operations and financial management functions.While at Kaashyap technologies Ltd.Mr.Ganesan was responsible in spearheading the investment and profit sharing franchisee, joint venture operations, negotiating and concluding JV/ Franchisee agreements in the Middle East, Australia,Indonesia,Malaysia and UK.
As a firm believer in training, Mr.Ganesan was leading the team that conducted intensive workshops on softskills in 5Engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu for their 3rd year students,focusing on their placement after their graduation.
At space Hospitals Mr.Ganesan as Executive Director has been mentoring the management team.

Mr.Vinayak Venkatesh,
General Manager
Vinayak also had a successful stint overseas with PanAM Sat now part of the Intelsat network,managing business operations in the Western European and Western African sectors for a transponder- PAS 1R. Vinayak has been there and done them in respect of Profit Centre management predominantly in the Telecom and ISP sector owing to his association with companies such as Net4India and Dishnet DSL(now part of Tata VSNL Ltd).
His primary focus and aim would be to achieve newer heights in management and continuously utilize his resources and abilities to fuel organizational growth . |
